One thing that sets me apart from other photographers is my experience in the medical field. I am comfortable working alongside medical professionals, this also means that I will be able to quietly and unobtrusively capture precious details that may otherwise go unnoticed or be forgotten. I am also able and willing to support you in anyway you need during and before your birth.
Birth photography is not medical in nature, it's about capturing beautiful, emotion filled images. During the final stages of pushing, I will shoot from the side of the mother's head in order to ensure privacy and comfort, unless otherwise directed.
I would love to capture the moment your baby enters your life, in whatever way that might be; traditional, surrogate, adoption, etc. Regardless, it will be a day that you will want to re-live again and again.

In-person consultation prior to booking, at your home or a location of your choosing- It's important that we meet in person for this consultation so we can get to know each other a little before the big day. Trust me, you'll feel so much more comfortable when I arrive for the birth! This will also give us the opportunity to discuss your vision for that day, make me aware of any concerns or wishes & ask me any questions you may have.

On-call beginning at 38 weeks until your baby arrives- this means I'm available 24/7 to come to your birth at anytime! Because babies don't care about due dates & they come when they're ready- I only take one birth client at a time, reserving the two weeks before and after your scheduled due date in order to ensure that I am available when your baby makes his or her appearance. I'm happy to join you at anytime of the day or night to help you welcome your baby into the world.
